Winston Churchill directed Britain's wartime resistance from the underground Churchill War Rooms beneath Westminster — the bunker from which he broadcast his greatest speeches and coordinated Allied strategy during the Blitz.

Chartwell was Winston Churchill's beloved country home in Kent for over 40 years — the house where he painted, laid bricks, raised butterflies and wrote his multi-volume histories in between saving Western civilisation.
